Which IP does TeamSpeak use???

I have Teamspeak 3. I want to know which IP TeamSpeak is referencing when it displays my IP under Client Connection Info.

I tried to change my IP using CMD prompt. No problems in the process but TeamSpeak seemed to display the same IP I used before the CMD method. Two different IP's I assume?

Which IP does TeamSpeak refer to when displaying IP under Client Connection Info? And secondary question, how do I change said IP?

You need 2 parts for TS3 to work.
TS3Server and TS3 client.
Only one person or computer needs to run the server.
Then everybody else uses the server IP address to connect on their TS3 client software.

If you are connecting to other people over the internet you use your router/modem IP address in their client and forward the ports needed to your computer to run the server in your router/modem.
