Build 2 is a better build because of the motherboard, but there a few things you can change to make it even better. Your CPU is 8 cores, most games aren't optimized for 8 cores yet, let alone 6. I'd bring your CPU down to the FX-6300. It's a hex core, and is a bit cheaper. With that money you just saved, put it in to the GPU. Assuming your gaming, that GPU sucks for it. Go with a GTX 770, preferably the Asus DirectCU II.
