Well, if your willing to go refurbs, OcUK have a Refurbished Nvidia store with 1 year warranty on all the cards.

You could get a Nvidia 9800GT 512 OC for £35 : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-170-OK&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2077

Or a Nvidia 9800GT 1gb for £37 : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-169-OK&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2077

Both of these cards are more powerful than the HD 5670/6670, but you lose DX11 capabilities, chances are you won't be able to run DX11 smoothly on those cards anyway.

If you can stretch your budget to £65, you'd be looking at a MUCH more powerful GTX 260 : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-169-OK&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2077

And even besting that, for £70 you could get yourself a HD 6770 : http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/VTX+ATI+Radeon+HD+6770+1024MB+GDDR5+PCI-Express+Graphics+Card+?productId=46123

Out of the one you listed, the HD 6670 is the best, but I recommend you take one for the 9800GT's instead as they offer more raw power.

Also, which power supply do you own?

I like the deal on the 6770! I didn't mention the 6670 but funnily enough that was the card i just found and was thinking of going for :)

My current PSU is 600w. Might spend the little extra and try get the 6770 :)
