I am purchasing next week, need answer quick! Which of the following 3 processors is the best and fastest, FAST being my priority.

Processor: AMD Athlon II Dual Core Processor M300 (2.0GHz)
Memory: 4096MB DDR2; 667MHz (memory maxed at 4GB)
Hard Drive: 320GB SATA
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

OR
AMD Turion II Dual-core mobile
processor M520 (2.3GHz)
Microsoft Windows 7 Premium 64-bit operating system
6GB DDR2 RAM
500GB hard drive

OR
2.20GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 processor
Intel Cantiga GM45 chipset

They are both based on the Caspian core (K10 architecture).

Obviously the Turion II is superior. The Intel core 2 duo is the most powerful processor but that chipset will not be any good for anything graphics intense. Of course, that is not a problem if you don't do anything graphics intense. However, you failed to tell us the amount of memory in that computer.

The Turion II also has more memory. Another plus. Given only the details you supplied, I would recommend the Turion II system.
