CPU: Core I5-9400f
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B-360F Gaming
RAM: DDR4 16gb 2666mhz
Power Supply: CorsairRM650i
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500gb, Samsung 970 EVO plus 1tb

Now which graphic card is best for this setup?

Whichever one fits your situation is the correct answer. They are nearly identical in performance. The 2-fan MSI has a slightly faster out-of-the-box core clock, but that can easily be negated with a little OC'ing.
