Which is better? 4gb DDR3 or 1gb DDR5 Graphics card?

I'm planning a build which I will be using partly for gaming and I came across these two grapgics cards:

Sapphire R7 250 1gb gddr5 with boost
and
Sapphire R7 240 4gb ddr3

So i'm asking, which one is better for gaming. I'll be using 1, maybe 2, 1920 x 1080 moniters.

Or is there anything else for a similar price that is better?

R7 250 is the better card. i would not recommend running 2 monitors for gaming on a R7 250
Consider the R7 250X or any higher end cards for 1080p gaming.

What games do you plan to play? Maximum budget?

I'd prefer something around 80 Euro and max 100 Euro.

The games i'd be playing are Team Fortress 2, League of Legends, Battlefield 4, Darksouls II and some more, but I'll only be using low-mid settings
