The 650Ti is the better of those two cards and the comparison that mxpie6 put up clearly shows the differences. The 750Ti would be a worthy upgrade from both!

Having an OC edition will boost the clock speed slightly but that's about it. They've both decent cards towards the budget end of the graphics card market.
