Which is Better? ASUS GTX 680 TOP 2GB or ASUS GTX 680 4GB

I will be in purchasing a new video card soon and was looking at the ASUS DC2 Cards because I have a GTX 570 of the same brand and love how much cooler it has stayed in comparison to my other cards. I keep reading where people suggest going with the 4GB for the higher memory but I keep looking at the reviews of the 2GB card being faster. By no means do I know much of what I'm looking for on it but I do intend to spend my time gaming with this card but I'm not sure whether I should purchase the card that has higher clock speeds on it or the card with more memory. I'd rather have a 690 or Titan but from a price standpoint I must go with something close to or around the $550 mark.

I would be all over that Asus TOP for its high factory overclock, cool temps, and really, really quiet fans,heavily modified PCB, with an efficient VRM design to produce low temperatures, improved voltage regulation circuitry, much better Chil controller , specially binned chip and voltage control and monitoring support that you won't find on most other non-reference cards.The thing a straight beast!However if you will be gaming on three monitors get the 4gb card.

I usually use one monitor but I also have my current card connected to my 42in tv so my nephew can watch what I play without standing over my shoulder. They're both 1920x1080 on the resolution, but eventually I may upgrade the computer monitor to a higher resolution. I've been leaning toward the 2gb one because most of the specs on it look nice. The memory was the only thing I wasn't sure about since I'm not sure how much memory most games currently eat up. I usually play games like BF3 and Skyrim and other things on my consoles so that should likely keep from needing the memory I would think but really wanted a second opinion on it.
