I have a friend who wants to sold his computers and he offers me this 2 desktop cpus
1 cpu:

2nd cpu:

8gb ram

I think the AMD A320 mobo will give you more upgrade chances, for instance, you can upgrade to a ryzen 5 3400G with better graphics results than the HD6570 ddr3 and CPU performance similar or better than the i7 6700K
The 6gen 1151 socket is already at top, you can do nothing far from i7 6700K or i7 7700K. However the A320 mobo from AMD gives you a lots of possibilities:

Go with AMD because you will be able to upgrade to better/newer CPUs in the future. With the intel, the best you can get is a 4-core CPU in the future. With AMD, you can pair with Zen 1 or Zen 2 CPUs and have more than double the cores of what you could max out on the intel system. Heck, even the Ryzen 3 3300X is faster than the best CPU you can get on the intel board.
