Hi, i am an indian guy and wants to upgrade my pc, i build my pc in 2014

my pc specs are i3 3220, 4 gb ddr3 hyperx blu cl9 128000, gygabyte b75m-d2v, sapphire radeon hd6450, zebronics 450w,
i want to upgrade my pc, plz suggest me a better option,

A. buy gtx1650 + 8gb hyperx or vengeance 8gb ddr3 cl10 + vs450= 18800Rs

B. Buy rx570 + 500 or 550w powersupply + 8gb hyperx or vengeance 8gb ddr3 cl10 = 20000Rs

C. Buy i38100 + Gigabyte H310M-H + rx570 + 500 or 550w powersupply + 8gb hyperx or vengeance 8gb ddr4 2666 = 36000rs

I am asking because i thought if i chose option A, maybe its not good for future gaming and i have to buy new cpu, motherboard, ram and powersupply for better performance

If Chose B then maybe the cpu is going to bottleneck and then same case as above have to buy other components and old ones are going to waste of money

for option C, I have to save some money and wait.

i can spend only Rs20000 now

plz suggest.
Thanks.

Sadly, neither any of the options are good for you.
Ram should be in two's so you should be buying 2x4gb or 2x8gb
The VS450w PSU is a cheap budget one, but that's not much different from your original (although probably better)
Sadly, you do need a better system, that is for sure.
You are much better off buying AMD Ryzen 2400G with 2x4GB ram and b450 motherboard, than your entire existing system
The iGPU inside the Ryzen is a lot better than your 6450, and when you get more money you can put in a better GPU and PSU

I looked about on some Indian PC shops and found this
Ram seems expensive to me, but if you can find cheaper then try that, even with 2x4GB it will still be "ok", ideally 2x8 3000 or 3200 Speed

MDcomputers.in

AMD RYZEN 5 2400G APU Series Desktop Processor - (Radeon Vega 11 Graphics, 4 Core, Up To 3.9 GHz, AM4 Socket, 6MB Cache) ₹12,899
MSI B450M PRO-M2 V2 Motherboard (AMD Socket AM4/Ryzen Series CPU/Max 32GB DDR4 3466MHz Memory) ₹5,750
G.Skill F4-3000C16D-16GTZR Desktop Ram Trident Z RGB Series 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4 3000MHz ₹10,300

Thanks for the answers!
looks like i have to purchase all the parts! which build is better? intel i3 8100 or 2400g with rx570?

should i go for this build?

i3 8100 = 10500
gygabyte h310m-h = 4600
G.Skill 8GB DDR4 F4-2666C19S-8GVR = 3500
Cooler Master MWE 550 = 3250
ASUS ROG Strix Gaming RX 570 OC 4GB = 13800

OR the suggested ones are better?

i would not suggest you put any money on your current build, its old not worth spending more than 2000INR on it.
so you need a whole new system. and you dont want to spend more than 20000inr ?
what you do on it ? what sort of games you play on it most of the time ?

In what way is your current build not doing the job??
I presume you are interested in gaming.

Some games are graphics limited like fast action shooters.
Others are cpu core speed limited like strategy, sims, and mmo.
Multiplayer tends to like many threads.

You need to find out which.

To help clarify your CPU/GPU options, run these two tests:

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

For fast action games, the graphics card is all important.
Your HD6450 is hardly better than integrated graphics.
A GTX1650 is a massive upgrade and will run on your current PSU since it needs no aux 6 pin power.
That is an easy upgrade that can eventually be carried forward.
See how you do with that first.

On the cpu side, your i3-3220 is not all bad. It has 4 threads and a passmark rating of 4242 and a single thread rating of 1757.
Here is a list of supported processors for your motherboard:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B75M-D2V-rev-10#support-cpu
If you can find a used i5-3770K for a good price, it will have 8 threads and a rating of 9509/2082.
That is your strongest upgrade for your motherboard.
Check the passmark ratings for other options.

4gb of ram is simply not enough these days.
Assuming you have a 64 bit os, buy a 8gb stick that matches your current ram in terms of speed, voltage, and timings.
You will be guaranteed 8gb and if your old ram plays nice, you will have 12gb of which 8gb will run in dual channel mode and the odd 4gb will be single channel(flex mode)
Intel with dedicated graphics is not hurt much by single channel operation.

If you are going to a new platform, go latest gen ryzen or Intel.
R9 570 cards are cheap because of all the mining cards now on the open market.
I like Nvidia better because they use less power and run cooler.
If you need a psu upgrade, DO NOT go cheap.
A cheap PSU that fails under load can damage all of your parts.
Seasonic is always good.
Here is one list of psu quality:
