Question Which of these two GPUs is better For 3D , AI generated content and content creation ?

Hi , I'm wondering which of these two GPUs is better for content creation (3D and motion graphics) and also AI generated content (videos and photos):

RTX 5070

or

RTX 4070 TI Super

I'm currently using Adobe Premiere , After Effects , Blender & Unreal Engine and I'm willing to learn Houdini.
Gaming is not the real purpose for that comparison at all.

Also , does RTX 4000 series lack any kind of features versus the RTX 5000 series for content creation ?
I know there's DLSS 4 and Frame generation but as I said, gaming is not the point.
Will Nvidia Sana run on RTX 4000 series or not ?

they perform neck and neck in most applications , however 4070Ti super is slightly ahead more often than not .
it also has 4gb of extra VRAM compared to rtx 5070 and you can buy it cheaper as a second hand card .
