my build RAM: 64GB (4x16GB) G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3200MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V
I have to choose one of these scenarios since I can’t run XMP Profile 2 and get 3200MHz :
1- XMP Profile 1 2933MHz (CL16-18-18-38) Command rate 1T (DRAM Voltage: Auto , SoC Voltage: Auto)
2- XMP OFF 3000MHz (CL16-18-18-38) Command rate 1T (DRAM Voltage: Auto , SoC Voltage: Auto)
3- XMP OFF 2933MHz (CL14-16-16-36) Command rate 2T (DRAM Voltage: Auto , SoC Voltage: Auto)
All Stable perfectly.
Please note that the 3rd option go for Command Rate 2T.
Which scenario should I go for better performance??

-Ryzen 2600 (non x) OCed 4.1 at 1.325V (perfectly stable)
-MSI b450 tomahawk MAX
-ASUS rog strix RX 570 OC edition 4 GDDR5
-TT thermaltake Water 3.0 360
-Seasonic 650 watt 80+ gold rated semi modular
- RAM (4 sticks x16gb) DDR4 3200 CL16-18-18-38
