Solution
Hi, you should really try to pair the Ryzen 3rd gen with a B450 board. And for the RAM I would not go lower than DDR4 3000 and 2x8 to get dual channel.

As for which one is better, if you can mix a Ryzen 5 3600+ B450 motherboard and DDR4 3000/3200 then thats will be my choice. Other than that #2 is good because of the CPU, but kind basic motherboard and really low speed RAM; and #3 have a more budget CPU but better motherboard and RAM.

The RX 570 is a really good budget option.

If you need a cheaper CPU option then you could look for either a Ryzen 3 3300X (great FPS in any actual game) or the Ryzen 5 2600 (great for gaming+streaming+discrod+etc. / content creation). In fact considering the RX 570 as the GPU I think most of...

In fact considering the RX 570 as the GPU I think most of this CPU will give you about the same performance, the only diference will be if you upgrade the GPU later on. Gaming Wise the Ryzen 5 2600 < Ryzen 3300X = Ryzen 5 3600 (only that the Ryzen 5 3600 has more cores and more threads if you wana be a bit more "future proof" and much stronger for content creation/working/programming)

Edited: sorry forgot to say which of the options was better.

so the best option is to ask for the following parts.

Ryzen 5 2600
gigabyte b450 ds3h
Tforce Delta 2*8gb (16gb) 3000mhz
256gb ssd
Gigabyte RX 570 4GB GDDR5
500W 80+ Bronze PSU
chassis of choice.
