which is better for gaming

i have a cheap lenovo motherboard with a i5 3470 and i have a sabertooth 990fx with a fx 8320 in it. i really dont know which one i should use and which i should sell.

The 8320 lends itself to OCing and higher freq DRAM, think I'd go with it
