Which is better for GPU?

I'm going to get a GTX 760 but I don't know which one should I get. ASUS? EVGA? GIGABYTE? Yes, I'm going to overclock the GPU to get more performance. 😀

EDIT: EVGA still has lifetime warranties,right? Id get that if so!
