Which is better for the intel core i3 4160?

So I was originally going to get a gtx 750 ti ftw but I wonder if getting a gtx 960 will bottleneck a lot with the i3, will it be worth the extra $50 to get the gtx 960?

960 will be a good match for it.

Most games these days lean heavily on the GPU and you will only see bottlenecking on the i3 with very CPU-intensive games.
