Which is better graphics intel 4000 or amd radeon 7670

want to know which is better for running the sims 3

Hd 7670 is better than hd 4000.

HD 7670 by far. It is a rebranded Radeon HD 6670.

The Intel HD 4000 is around a Radeon HD 6450.

If the Intel HD 4000 was close to the Radeon HD 6670 / HD 7670, then AMD and nVidia would be in serious trouble. More trouble for AMD and nVidia.
