Which is better? HDMI cable into the motherboard or graphics card?

Should i plug my HDMI cable into the motherboard or the graphics card? Is there any difference?

Yes, there is significant difference. The motherboard port, is tied to the CPU graphics system (if there is one, new Ryzen boards have motherboard ports but no CPU graphics). The graphics card port is tied to the graphics card. You would usually want to use the graphics card port so that you take advantage of the hardware on the card.
