Depends what your trying to DO with it. Are you talking like a Kindle read E-books, look at some webpages, check emails and that is about it? Talking why can't I play Portal 2 on it? Or I am in Death Valley and I want signal to the Internet all the time? etc.

What is your 'performance' your seeking it to do over what you DO NOT want it to do.
