What’s the RAM speed with both options?

Assuming RAM speed is the same and I can change the PSU to a better quality one then option 2. If I cannot change the PSU it’s a tougher choice.

Option 2 for me.....I would favour the 9700K even though I have a 8700K which is great...I think the 8 cores especially for gaming will be better. The Z390 Aorus Pro is a very good motherboard with a excellent 12 phase VRM but as sizzling has said the PSU could be better especially if you could get the G2 on the 9700K build.

With regards to RAM especially as it is so cheap go DDR4 3200....With the RTX 2070 Super, that will be a fairly top end gaming build...
