Which is better motherboard?

I want to swap out my MSI 760GM-P23 motherboard to another.

Which of these motherboards recommend?
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P or Asus M5A78L-M LX3?

ASUS and Gigabyte are both excellent manufacturers for motherboards. Just go with the one that have what you want.

that would be hardly an upgrade!.better invest your money on getting at least an amd 970 based chipset to be able to run FX 8320 / 8350 or even overclock. i wouldnt prefer such ancient design hardware.! the following mobo is one of the best AM3+ avaliable!
