The gigabyte will probably run a little cooler and be alittle quieter being a 3 fan design. But performance wise they will be nearly identical. So if price matters get whichever is cheaper, if you plan on overclocking the card then the Gigabyte probably would be better.

I'd personally buy the Gigabyte; although they're literally the same card, I believe the Gigabyte model would run a little cooler.
