Which is better? nVidia GT 240 or nVidia GT 730

Recently I've upgraded from GT 240 to GT 730 and I can see various performance differences, the GT 730 does it better on games like Crysis 2, Payday 2 or Europa Universalis IV but now I have lower fps with GT 730 on GTA San Andreas than on GT 240. I'd like to hear about your opinion.

Graphics: nVidia 730 Gigabyte 2GB (New) [ Asus nVidia GT 240 1GB (old) ]
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640
RAM: not sure about manufacturer - 4 GB (2x2) DDR3
Motherboard: Asus M4A78LT-M LE

GT730 no doubt. GTA San Andreas is quite old itself. probably driver issue.
