Which is better oc or dual fan

I'm buying a gtx 1050 , and for the same price there is a dual fan one and a factory occurs one with one fan , which one should I get ?

Honestly it won't make a difference, the 1050 is a lower powered card. It won't get hot like some of the other cards, you will be good either way

Agreed. I would still get the dual fan though as it will probably give better airflow to the vram which can hit high frequencies for these cards.

Sorry I meant a gtx 1050 ti , so its better to get the dual fan and overclock it myself ?

Which card manufacturer is it? Gigabyte, Asus etc

I would get the Asus no doubt
