Well, here's another of those "opinions". I personally would go with the one from Newegg. While the i5 does have higher benchmarks than the FX-8100, the additional 4gb of RAM above the 8GB on the CyberpowerPC it probably isn't very helpful. Unless you're running high end graphics or video editing software or will be using it as a server there will be little need for more than 8GB of RAM for the operating system, gaming or common applications.
The R7 250 has 2GB DDR and is a discrete card while the other unit has integrated HD 4600 graphics which don't even really compare. So anything related to graphics like watching video or gaming is going to be a much better experience on the Radeon card in the Cyberpower unit.
Plus, the Cyberpower unit has a 1year warranty and is new while the other unit is refurbished and has only a 90 day warranty.
