[SOLVED] Which is better PSU ?

Hi everyone,

i want to know which psu is better. It's just for knowledge, i don't wanna build a PC
So, we have Antec VP500 Plus 500w 80+ White, and FSP HV Pro 550w 80+ Bronze

Antec VP500 Plus is start at $39,90 USD. And FSP HV Pro 550 start at $42,70 USD (Google money converter).
In my country, Antec VP500 Plus is more famous and more in demand than FSP HV Pro 550.

Those two are quite debated lately, and I want to know which is the better of the two ?

I have used FSP HV Pro 550w on 2 rig, and it performed great, minus the aesthethic (well it got good components for the price, sacrificing aesthethics XD). Lived in Indonesia and we use 220v line. so yeah, that psu is great (tested on r5 3600 and 2060 KO, been running for a year).

Alternative is Cougar PSUs, they're good too.

Of the two, HV PRO is definitely better, but...
Neither is great. VP is poor.

Currently, there are 3 Batches of HV Pro 550w, the 1st one is the one with black and yellow cable, the 2nd one is the one labeled 80+ 230v EU (it is still rated bronze on clear results, since 2019/2020 i think, with the code of 51AAC) and later it labeled as bronze (marketing maybe?), and the 3rd one is the 85+ ones.

Neither of them are all that. And Cougar power supplies are NOT good. In the main they're garbage, with the odd one or two being reasonable. But 95% of them you wouldn't want in your rig.
