The 270x is slightly more powerful

Not sure about the free game thing, I know some cards come with it in a bundle, but i'm not sure about this one, sorry.

Get the 270X version since it has a higher boost clock and memory clock. Other than that there exactly the same.

The r9 270x is betteer faster nad better its the newer version and no you cant get a free game thats if you buy one of Nvidias new 900 series
