i already have a 4 GB ram (corsair vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 4GB Single Module DDR3). Mother Board: gigabyte B85M-D3H-A, CPU: i5 4440. i need increase ram size to 16gb- is it better that am buy another 3 sticks of 4g single module?? - i am used system mainly for graphic designing, video editing, and for little gaming. i am looking for 3 sticks of G.SKILL Ripjaws X DDR3 1600MHZ CL9 4gb ram, because unavailability of same model/latency corsair vengeance ddr3 ram. or what about a dual channel setup- i don't know much about dual channel setup.
guys, am waiting for your valuable comments..

Avoid mixing RAM sticks from different manufacturers
For the uses you mentioned, you should benefit a lot from an extra stick of RAM because of its extra capacity and its speed (dual channel is better than single channel).
Whether you need to go for 16GB depends solely on your budget.

Thanks for quick response & advice
if I mix a 8 gb with 4 gb of same brand with same speed, voltage but different latency (ex: CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 4GB with CMZ4GX3M1A1600C10 8GB)is that makes any trouble in performance?

DDR3 is very picky when it comes to matching. So even if the system is compatible (highly unlikely with different CAS), it is very risky. Do not attempt it. Always buy identical RAM sticks.

THANKS ..
i think i came to a decision which is i will purchase a pair of corsair vengeance 4gb ddr3.
