which is better thermaltake or zalman in cooling

i am about to buy either of these thermaltake pro 3.0 or zalman reserator 3 max. which is better in cooling ? any advices ? thanks for advance.

Thermaltake make more sense than zalman
if you afford Cooler master Nepton 280L why not
