Which is better to be used in gaming and multitasking?

LGA 1366 +XEON X5650 +16GB RAM DDR3 1600MHZ+1GB DDR3 GPU
OR
ASUS H110M-D +G4400 +8GB RAM HYPERX 2133 ?

obviously the Xeon is way better.
Edit:Forgot to mention,while X5650 is better its still on ddr3 platform which means no further upgrades wothout switching mobo,ram,cpu.But i would still go for the xeon one
