The one with the features you need or design you like. Both are good boards, just note one feature on the Gigabyte board: It has dual BIOS, which means if you for one reason or another corrupting your BIOS you can always restore it from the backup BIOS.
I have the Gigabyte Gaming 5, I corrupted the BIOS the first day I had this computer by trying to update BIOS from within Windows instead of doing it from the BIOS. No need to say that the backup BIOS saved my day and my motherboard.
Personally, I like teh Gigabyte. But you can't go wrong with neither.

Gigabyte comes with 2x Lan ports (including 1x Killer LAN, 1x Intel) while the MSI "only" comes with the Killer port.
But the MSI can take 4 chassis fans, the Gigabyte only 3.

If you're planning to connect 4 chassis fans, you might wanna consider the MSI
Otherwise pick whatever is cheaper.
