which is BETTER??

Solution

Then you need to lower what you can expect from the video card unless you buy a used one. If you go used, make sure you see it running in a game before purchasing, many times people sell video cards that are faulty.

The lowest "gaming" video card you'd want to get is the Radeon 6570 or the 7750 for a bit more money. Plus keep in mind your CPU and RAM also affect how well a game will perform. Even a 7750 will not run many of the newer games at mid settings. Games like Diablo III or WOW you can run at medium to high on the lower end cards.
Neither is a better bargain. You couldn't play modern games at mid to high settings with either of them. The nVidia card is superior because the HD 6450 is just a rebranded HD 5450 but even then, nothing short of a Radeon HD 7770 could play games at mid-high settings. Don't waste your money.

Go with GT630 it plays almost all games under good settings @ 1366x768 resolution giving solid fps.If you are open to options check out HD 6670,7750 and if these are away from your budget range get an older generation graphics card as they are cheaper when compared to the newer ones (HD 4850,9800GT,GTX 260 ones you can search) and remember older generations produce more heat and consume more Watts.
