Which is better ?

I want to build a gaming rig but i'm confused between these two . which one should i choose ? the cost is quite the same in my country .

PROCESSOR: AMD A8 5600K
MB: GIGABYTE A85XM-D3H
RAM: KINSGTON HYPER X DDR 3 1600MHZ RAM 8G
ROM: ASUS DVD-RW
G.CARD: SAPPHIRE R7 250 2G DDR 5 RAM
POWER SUPPLY: COOLER MASTER EXTREME 625WATT

OR

PROCESSOR: AMD FX6300
MB: ASUS M5A78l
RAM: KINSGTON HYPER X DDR 3 1600MHZ RAM 8G
ROM: LITEON DVD-RW
G.CARD: AMD R9 270x
POWER SUPPLY: AEROCOOL 500W

Both those PSU is of really bad quality.
Getting a discreet graphics card with an APU makes no sense.
The ASUS M5A78l board is a really old chipset that is not designed for the FX series CPUs.

State your budget and maybe one of the guys in India will help you with a custom build.
