I have r7 265 and 8gb of ram and im buying a cpu and a mobo
which is better for gaming and is good for 2 years
Intel Core i3 4150 or Amd Fx 6300
im upgrading in 2 years

What i can say is i3 4150 is better than fx 6300 in gaming they cost almost the same.
So go for i3 4150. or you can spend 60$ more and get the i5 4440 and a H81 board for now they both would cost you around 200$.

With i5 4440 no because its a haswel processor with i3 4150 may be because its a haswell refresh processor and some h81 boards dont come with updated BIOS.

i would go with the FX 6300, if you are willing to OC it. The i3 is alright but games are supporting more threads these days, not less. With DX12 written from scratch around CORES i think the FX line will really put the i3 to rest.
