Which is better?

Looking to upgrade my current 1GB EVGA Nvidia GTX 650 to a 4GB EVGA GTX 960, but I'm not quite sure which is better of these two?

FTW+ will have slightly better overall out of the box performance, however when both are overclcoked the performance will be near identical.

The FTW has the higher core clock out of the box. Mine was 1480 MHz out of the box. It also comes with a nice backplate.

These cards are pretty much identical except for that the FTW version has a slightly higher core clock out of the box. If you're fine with OC'ing yourself you could just order the lower clocked version and OC it to the level that the FTW version is at but that's personal preference.
There's also the chance that the higher factory OC'd one is better binned as well, which might mean you can get a higher OC anyway.
