I want buy a laptop

core i3 6100u
4 gb ram ddr4
2 gb graphic 940mx
500 gb hdd

2th:
a8 7410
8 gb ram ddr3
r5 m430
hdd 1tb

for work and some time play a game like fifa 17

The 2nd is better for gaming.

The i3 6100u is a much better performing CPU, and a better graphics card.

Though the 2nd has 4GB more ram, and 500GB more HDD space.

From this, games should perform better on the first PC, and work should be better on the first as well.

Upgrading the will be easier and cheaper than the CPU in a laptop.

I'd say go for the first, and possibly upgrade to 8GB ram if you need.
