Does the ZOTAC GTX 1050 Ti OC 4GB offer better performance (more FPS even if it's a little) than the Palit GeForce GTX 1050 Ti StormX 4GB GDDR5??

zotec runs at 1392MHz > palit runs at 1290MHz

thats only about 8-9%? not using a calc. so perhaps it translates into an extra 1 fps. better to see the online reviews of these cards which demonstrate games played on them.
