I am going to create a bootable disk for my sister , but I got a lot of different Suggestions on Google.On one hand, I was advised to use USB.On the other hand, some people suggested that I use a DVD or CD ,
What i need a safe method ,are there have some professional advices ?

Do you mean a bootable recovery Windows disk? If so, use a usb drive (these days it'll need to be at least 8gb in size, sometimes even 16gb). Then just hit windows search and type "recovery" - then you'll see an option to create a recovery drive. Follow the prompts from there.

Use which ever matches your Computer. The Windows 10 media creation tool can be used to make a bootable windows 10 Installer on USB or DVD, it is your choice. Both files are the same, just the storage media the file is stored on that is different.

From my experience, Rufus is better than Windows 10 media creation tool, which failed multiple times when burning Windows ISO to USB

what do you need to do by creating a bootable disk? for resetting your login password on Windows? If so, i will recommend some solutions blow to help you reset password.

Pen Drive Linux is an awesome tool, the link is already posted here, I'm just chiming in. It can install more than one OS from multiple iso files on a flash drive. Extremely useful if you dual or triple boot like I do. Ubuntu 12.10, Windows 7, Windows 8.

You can reset Password By Use Of Other Administrator Accounts

There many people who don’t know how to change the password on Windows 10. For this purpose you require another working administrator account, on the off chance that you can log in your Windows by another account and this account has administrator benefit, you can reset windows 10 password without disk or USB.

Step 1.Log into the Windows with access able user account.

Step 2.Click on start – now type in CMD in the search box -> Now Right click cmd.exe and after that select Run as administrator.

Step 3.After that you have to type in Net User user_namenew_pasword in command prompt, to recover the password. Following this example – command Net User Mark pwd345 set password pwd345 for the account Ma.

if this method won't solve your issue, you still have other alternative solutions like free tool: ntpassword, wingeeker, ophcrack, labwin and more..
