I want to buy Ram, but I Don't know CL or MHz is more important.
So which is better for gaming and Intel Cpu, 2x8gb.
3000MHz 15CL
3200MHz 16CL
or is there that much difference thats worth 20€

3000 / 15 = 200
3200 / 16 = 200

They are about the same speed, choose the cheapest
if you want some improvement then go with 3200 / 14 = 228.5

What is your CPU and board?

The key to this answer is the following:
The CL is measured in clock cycles. as the clock speed increases SO MUST the CL. you cannot compare the CL of different speeds because the way it is measured.

get the fastest clock speed with the lowest CL available in that speed that you can afford

Intel doesn't depend as much of memory speed as AMD.
Those are both 10ns memory I would just get what cost less.

Though in theory both of these two kits have identical real latency: 10ns.
I’d choose the 3200MT/s one, because real latency doesn’t say the whole story.
