TCP 1 or TCP 2? What is TCP? And what's the difference? Also, do I need TCP No delay? I have Verizon FIOS.

You need to provide more context. I have no idea what TCP 1 or TCP 2 means. I know what TCP is though. Seems odd that any end user would need to deal w/ such details. Are you just fine tuning, or is something not working? What are you looking at, what screen? Is there an image you can upload to make it clear?

You shouldn't normally be messing w/ those parameters (I'm surprised they even make them available since no typical customer is going to even know what they mean). Just use the default settings.
