Which is far more better ?

Hello everyone, im planning to buy a Gtx 1070 .

im choosing from Galax Gtx 1070 Ti Exoc and Gigabyte Windforce OC
Which is more better in terms of performance , less noise, durability

need your opinions

Performance-wise, you won't notice any significant difference(less than 5%) between them.
The gigabyte should cool slightly better(more fans), but that does come with a little more noise - but shouldn't be an issue as you can control fan speeds with MSI Afterburner.
Durability? Whichever has the longer warranty. Sometimes, 'stuff' just happens.

So should i go to the one that cools more better? what do you suggest since i just have a few knowledge about gpus.

I'd prioritize longer warranty. If they're the same, then price. IMO, I wouldn't be too concerned with cooling and noise, as I would be able to adjust those settings to my liking.

Lastly, What power supply watts needed?

500w or greater, although, I wouldn't get the exact amount if I could help it. Give yourself a little headroom for later on, with a 550w, or maybe even a 600w. Corsair(avoid the VS series), EVGA, and Seasonic are good brands.
