Which is faster 2133mhz, 14 cas or 2400mhz 15 cas

I am getting new 16gb ram. But I am not sure which to get. One has 15 cas and the other has 14. But the one with 14 cas has 2133mhz. But the one with 15 cas has 2400mhz. So can somebody please tell me which ram would give me better perfomance

What are you using your PC for though? If you are mainly using it for just gaming, any of those would do, better just get the cheaper and more trustable brand. It wouldnt really make a difference for games.
