Which is faster?

I wanted to know which would be faster a EVGA Nvidia GTX 960 FTW 4GB of VRAM but with a AMD FX6350 with 24GB of RAM or a EVGA GTX 950 REF 2GB of VRAM but with a Intel i5 4460 with 8GB of RAM

Better go with the i5 and GTX 960.
