Which is more compact? Meshify C or Nzxt H500?

as the title say. which is more compact and smaller? i like small/compact size case but i have an ATX motherboard.

You really must look at both the physical dimensions and the internal layout of both cases with respect to the components that you wish to install.

Compact size is well and good but that may make assembly and cooling problematic just for lack of room.

And how much difference in size determines, from your viewpoint, what is "compact" and what is not?
