My setup is i5 7400 and 8gb ddr4 2400 , i only got enough budget for either one thing , do i wanna get 8gb ram more? or do i wanna get i7 7700k? (my motherboard is gigabyte b250m gaming 5 pretty sure it can fit i7 7700k? and also my psu is mastercooler 600watts)

If you can get a 7700, then go for it. Otherwise the 7700k will be wasted on a B250m imo. Go for the 8 GB.

im streaming with streamlab OBS , when i did a test stream my task manager showed that 90% ram used tho , should i still go for 7700k?or just 7700 would be better for my motherboard?

Streaming with obs? 7700K. Later on you can double our RAM. When you do do that, please, buy a 16GB dual channel RAM kit instead of just 8GB exactly the same. Compatibility isn't guaranteed.

my ram is adata XPG z1 ddr4 2400 8gb if i buy one more exactly the same is it gonna work? because im not sure if im gonna have that much budget for a dual kit set

Maybe. RAM is sold in kits so that compatibility can be assured. I and many other here have fielded those types of questions. They both work independently but they won't work together. You stand a good chance of buying a stick that'll work with the other but you could also end up back here, if you weren't already aware of possible compatibility issues already.

You'll get the novice that says, 'I bought another module and it worked fine. No worries, it'll work'. They only see their one experience and that's lacking.

On a side note, there no way in leprechaun land that I can afford a 1080 Ti but I have one installed in my PC. I saved money.
