Which is more worth it, between these two?

Hello! I’m in the market to buy a new PC because my old one died out on me and I am choosing between these two;
Ryzen 2200G -2x4 2400 Ram
Using the Vega 8

I5 3570 -8GB Ram - GTX760

Both are around $350 in my country and I just want to know what is gonna be better.

I mainly play AAA Games like BF1, PUBG, Fortnite, and etc.

The i5 + 760 would give you better gaming performance.

The Ryzen gives you better upgrade path for the future.

for you, what are you gonna get if you were in my position? Also if I did get the i5-760, you think that an upgrade from the i5 to a let’s say i7 3770 viable?

Its more that the inbuilt graphics on the Ryzen isnt as good as the gpu on the 760.

Yeah you could upgrade it to a 3770 in the future, but the money would be better spent on a better gpu.

Are they really the only two options?

In my country they also sell pc”s at the same price with basically the same specs except it has a GTX 660 in it, and that’s worst case scenario because the 760 combo is uncommon to see an ad on Facebook marketplace, you think that even replaced with the 660 the pc is still gonna be viable?

Edit: Forgot to mention that sometimes the i5 - 660 goes for $250 and below sometimes

Can you not get it without any GPU, then buy something better? The i5 is good enough for them games, but would be better with a faster gpu.

I *am* gonna run it on 720p and sadly no it needs to be bought as a bundle

For 720p gaming, I'd still take Ryzen 2200G as a much newer platform with better upgrade path. Just make sure it has 2x4 or 2x8GB sticks (dual channel), preferably 3000MHz, because this will impact graphical performance a lot.

It should certainly be good enough for 720p.

Later on, you still have a choice to upgrade to a discrete GPU, and you will even be able to upgrade the CPU if you wish.

Try to get an SSD for a system drive in any case.
