Which is my actual GPU Core Clock reading? (using GPU-Z, trying to OC)

I use a KingPin 980ti, and my overclocking has been going poorly for some reason. I've followed the most basic steps for OC, (power limit at max, custom fan curve, etc.) but I can only add +55MHz offset before artifacts/crashes occur. My boost/clock speeds are low, but my monitoring graph shows 1490MHz MAX during stress tests.

Have I actually hit the ceiling for overclocking, with my +55 MHz offset?

I have already set the physical switch on my GPU to 'OC' mode, although i'm running on air I haven't hit 80C with testing yet.

I am kinda new to this! I appreciate the help

Hey! Thanks for responding,

my GPU now only hits 1485, with the voltage going up to 1.212 V according to GPU-Z.

Should I raise it? and then try to increase my offset?

I was curious, since most 980ti owners show that their "Boost Value" is actually 1400 ish, but mine is 1300. But if its going up neat 1500 under load, then is it basically the same thing? (as the boost value)
