I'll be buying a gtx 1060 graphics card paired up with i5-6600k + 8gb + a z170 mobo.

I am confused as to which of the aftermarket manufacturers is better.

The only differences I could find is between the prices and somewhat in clock speeds(only in the OC/SC models though). Which of these will be my best bet??

1. Gainward: http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/gainward-gtx-1060-6gb-graphics-card-426018336-3712/

2. EVGA (No SC): http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/evga-gtx-1060-gaming-6gb-graphic-card-06g-p4-6161-kr/

3. Zotac (Amp edition): http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/zotac-gtx-1060-amp-edition-graphic-card-zt-p10600b-10m/

4. EVGA SC: http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/evga-gtx-1060-sc-gaming-6gb-graphic-card-06g-p4-6163-kr/

5. Gainward OC: http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/gainward-gtx-1060-6gb-phoenix-gs-graphics-card-426018336-3736/

The graphics cards that are sold as 'Overclocked' aren't necessarily overclocked. Let's say, somebody overclocked their GPU on their system, and then sold it on and the person who bought it...

It depends on many things (Mostly personal to you)

Aesthetics - Do you care about how it looks?

Cooling/Noise - Do you prefer better cooling and louder or not as good cooling and quieter?

Do you trust certain companies over others?

Also, are you on a certain budget - Would you prefer to save money and go for something a little cheaper, but essentially the same as the rest? All you'll lose is a slightly, unnoticeable lower clock speed, and obviously a different type of cooling (Maybe 1 fan instead of 2).

The only differences between different companies, is essentially the cooling and the clock speeds etc.

This decision is basically entirely on you, as all of the cards are basically the same, just branded by different companies.

This will be my first time building a PC so I'm not really familiar with a lot of aftermarket manufacturers. I know of ASUS and MSI. But both of them are out of my budget. I don't really have a preference amongst the rest as I hardly know anything about them.

Further, all that I mentioned are dual-fan setups except both the EVGA cards.
Also, I will be overclocking them in future (not out of the box though) so can the already overclocked ones be overclocked further?

Which of those manufacturers are known to be more reliable than the rest?

The graphics cards that are sold as 'Overclocked' aren't necessarily overclocked. Let's say, somebody overclocked their GPU on their system, and then sold it on and the person who bought it installed it, then the overclocking would not come automatically with the card. Overclocking is remembered by the system, rather than the card, so it's more of a "Rip-off" if you know what I mean.

For overclocking however, I would recommend 2 fans for better cooling, as it will need it. So the EVGA Cards are out of it. Other than that, I don't really know the other brands, I only know Zotac, which I believe is very good, reliable brand. As well as this, the performance isn't necessarily different to the others, but I would recommend this card, it also looks aesthetically pleasing (To me) so that's an added bonus if you want to show it off a little ;)
