Which is the best bang for the buck

I am buying a new laptop and I cannot seem to make my mind. The computer with be used mainly for college (Computer Science), programming and basic gaming.

PRICE: 629€

These are the ones that I can choose from, please help me a bit

Well option number 3 can be ruled out immediately as it has no discrete GPU and the CPU is inferior to the other two.

2 beats 1 because it has more memory and a better GPU: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-8750M-vs-GeForce-GT-710M

So get 2 if you can afford it or 3 if you want to save money (no gaming on this one though). There just is no reason for getting 1 though.
