Neither will allow you to play Watchdogs. Try to get a GTX 750 or 750ti but really you should be looking into getting a new PC if possible

It won't run GTA 5 either I'm afraid unless you try to play on 1280x720 with all settings in low and again you will get about 25FPS

1 - gt 710 is faster.
2 - The gt 730 will work with your PC but there are better options out there
3 - The GT 730 is approximately 200% faster than the gt 610 however Im unsure about the gt 710

You have a couple of problems Aswin. One, you want to play demanding games. Two, neither your CPU nor you chosen cards(710/610) are enough for those games. The 710 and 610 are integrated graphics replacements, they are meant to be used for things like streaming HD video when your system does not have integrated graphics powerful enough for that. These cards are not meant for gaming.

The 730 DDR5 card is a bit faster, but even that card is very limited in gaming capability. You'd have to play at low settings and low resolution(720p or less). And that's if your CPU was fast enough for the game, which yours is not.

My recommendation? Forget about modern, demanding games. If you get a GT 730 DDR5 then play older games on it. GTA III, games like that. If you want to play games like GTA V then you need a newer, more powerful system.

1 - HD 7750 is 87% faster than the GT 730
2 - GTX 660 is 144% faster than the HD 7750
3 - It can work with your computer but you may need a bigger power supply.
4 - GTX 650 ti is slower than the GTX 660 but faster than the HD 7750
5 - GTX 650 ti can suit your PC
6 - The best graphics card out of those is the GTX 660 as it is the fastest
